She loves the art of making herbal skin care products, medicinal herbal products & nourishing real food products. She is excited to "wild" craft new products and recipes to share with you. She uses the highest quality ingredients available that are either organic, beyond organic, or sustainably wildcrafted. For those who are new to herbalism, the term wildcrafting refers to ethically and sustainably collecting herbs and wild edibles in the forest or other wild, untamed landscapes. She has adored nature for as long as she can remember and has always strived to protect it in any way she could. A Naturalist at heart, she has deep reverence and appreciation for animals, bugs, plants, all life forms and the earth herself. She deeply cares for her fellow humans as well and loves to help them and assist them in healing. She was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado which was recently named the happiest town in America by the National Geographic. Her mother is from Greece which has greatly influenced her sensibilities and love for authentic, traditional meals. Additionally, she is an environmentalist and enjoys creative writing as a hobby. She encourages us all to stay in tune with our instincts, authenticity and wild hearts. Those who know her well lovingly refer to her as a forest sprite or a dryad as her mom would say. A dryad is the Greek word for a nymph inhabiting a forest or a tree, especially an oak tree.
